This was my first wedding of 2009 and what a wonderful way to start the year! I was so blessed to have worked with such a wonderful family. I met Natasha's mom, Vivian briefly in my office and immediately I knew we would work very well together!
Natasha and Eric were engaged in December 2008 and decided that they would get married right away. They immediately set the date for January 10, 2009 and got to work (actually Vivian got to work..lol..lol..lol..)!

The wedding took place at the exceptional Mandarin Oriental in Brickell Key, Florida. The intimate ceremony was set up for 60 guests and had a custom made arch / gazebo structure with hanging dendrobium orchid leis. The ceremony was officiated by Natasha's grandfather "Chucha" with whom I fell I love with! Because he had never married anyone, I had to walk him through each step of the ceremony several times. He loved the fact that I pampered him (I gave a drink before the ceremony started in order to calm him down a bit) and that I had the patience needed in order for the ceremony to go off without a glitch!
After the cocktail hour, the guests were invited upstairs where the dinner was to take place. They were greeted by a room full of romantic candlelight, absolutely mouth opening centerpieces and the wonderful sounds of a live jazz band! After the traditional dances, everyone was treated to a four course meal. Once everyone had enjoyed their gourmet dishes, Eric surprised Natasha by dancing to his traditional Greek music and even broke some plates!

Overall this was an amazing and flawless event. Working with these two families was incredible and it is great to know that we built a friendship that will last for a very long time!
